ABOUT THE CHEF
Born and raised on the Caribbean island of Trinidad, Nicole grew up in a home where crafting delicious meals from scratch was essential. Nicole's first memory of cooking at 9 revolved around her family kitchen with her mother and neighbors. With a passion for cooking contemporary dishes and delivering gracious service, Nicole began catering weddings and events in the Caribbean and Minnesota.
After migrating to Minnesota, Nicole wanted her passion for creating delicious food and sharing her taste of the Caribbean to become a reality. After much planning, her dream materialized after acquiring a food truck to bring her Caribbean Taste experience throughout Minnesota cities. In April 2024, Nicole opened a takeout restaurant in St. Louis Park, MN, as a destination for authentic Caribbean cuisine.
