Delightful Caribbean Food on a Truck
Born and raised in the Caribbean island of Trinidad, Nicole grew up in a home where crafting delicious meals from scratch was essential. Nicole first memory of cooking at the age of 9 revolved around her family kitchen with her mother and neighbors. With a passion for cooking contemporary dishes and delivering gracious service, Nicole began catering for weddings and different events in the Caribbean and Minnesota.
After Migrating to Minnesota in 1992, Nicole wanted her passion for creating delicious food and sharing her Taste of The Caribbean to be a reality. After much planning, her dream materialized after acquiring a food truck to bring her Caribbean Taste experience throughout Minnesota Cities.
